Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how My Soul Counseling (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit mysoulcounseling.com (the “Site”) or contact us or book a session through it. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Who we are
My Soul Counseling is the practice of Christina Feyes, offering intuitive counseling, spiritual healing, and related services online. This policy covers information handled through this website. It does not replace any separate confidentiality agreement that applies to your actual counseling or healing sessions (see “Confidentiality of your sessions” below).
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you use our contact form, request or book a session, or otherwise reach out to us, you may provide:
- Your name;
- Your email address;
- Your phone number (if you choose to give it);
- The content of your message or enquiry; and
- Any other details you choose to share with us.
Please share only what you are comfortable providing through a web form, and avoid including sensitive health details in an initial online message.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our Site and its hosting provider automatically log basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and the dates and times of your visits. This information helps us keep the Site secure and working properly.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our Site uses a small number of essential and functional cookies needed to operate the website, keep it secure, and remember basic preferences. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not run third-party analytics or marketing pixels on the Site at this time. Some embedded third-party tools we use (see below) may set their own cookies when you interact with them. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect how the Site works.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and communicate with you;
- To schedule, confirm, and manage sessions you request or book;
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
- To keep records of our interactions; and
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
Third-party services we use
We rely on a few trusted service providers to run the Site. When you use the related feature, information may be processed by:
- Booking (Caspen): our online booking is provided through Caspen. When you book, the details you enter are handled by Caspen under its own privacy terms.
- Reviews (Amazeful): client reviews are displayed using a third-party review widget, which may load content and set cookies from its provider.
- Fonts (Google Fonts): the Site loads web fonts from Google, which means your browser contacts Google’s servers and your IP address may be visible to Google as part of that request.
- Email delivery and hosting: form submissions are delivered to us by email, and the Site runs on a web hosting provider that stores the Site and its server logs.
We share your information with service providers only as needed to deliver these features, or where required by law.
Links to other websites
The Site contains links to third-party websites, including online retailers (for example, to purchase the book Realizing Death) and, within our directory, links to independent practitioners’ websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites. Please review their privacy policies before providing any information.
How long we keep your information
We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet our legal, accounting, or record-keeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
How we protect your information
The Site is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Request that we correct or update it;
- Request that we delete it;
- Object to or restrict certain processing; and
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, these rights arise under the GDPR/UK GDPR, and you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you rights to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them; note that we do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
International visitors
We are based in and operate from the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Children’s privacy
The Site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Confidentiality of your sessions
This Privacy Policy relates to the website. The confidentiality of what you discuss during counseling, healing, or channeling sessions is a separate matter, governed by professional ethics and any agreement made directly with Christina. If you have questions about session confidentiality, please raise them with Christina directly.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no consistent industry standard for responding to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them differently. As noted above, we do not use tracking for advertising in any case.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes may be highlighted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
Contact us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your information, or if you would like to exercise your privacy rights, please reach out through our contact page or by phone at (+61) 479 144 561, and we will be glad to help.
Please note: This Privacy Policy is provided for general information and transparency. It is not legal advice. We recommend reviewing it periodically and, where required for your circumstances, having it confirmed by a qualified professional.
